As a Program Manager of the Amazon Business team you will have a high impact opportunity to serve the business buyer as a customer. Amazon’s approach to this segment is peculiar, and unique because we are combining the Amazon.com marketplace dynamic with B2B procurement and selling policies to iterate and improve our current experience. We are building new solutions to enable our global business customers to find and buy products from the Amazon.com marketplace and be in compliant with their procurement and business policies. We are disrupting the status quo of B2B by delivering new, efficient solutions to individual proprietors, to small-medium businesses, to global organizations (and everything in between)
· 5+ years in product and/or program management with a focus on business strategies and outcomes. · Bachelor’s degree. · Demonstrated ability to lead distributed, virtual teams with influence rather than authority. · Demonstrated ability to independently solve ambiguous problems. · Experience in product, program, and/or project management in leading cross-functional teams in how to continuously improve the business and define what is next. · Strong data analysis skills; the ability to extract and synthesize data in order to make data-backed business decisions. · Outstanding oral and written communication
