Amazon is seeking to become the number one destination for Off to College shopping for both students and their parents. To accomplish this, Amazon is hiring a think big, customer obsessed and detail-oriented Senior Program Manager, who will be responsible for developing a vision for and building a new to market experience for Amazon Dorm across Hardlines retail categories. This role is responsible for crafting customer experiences to easily shop and discover products for Off to College students and their parents. As the Sr. Program Manager, the person in this role will be responsible for creating the customer experience, driving traffic, measuring results, creating overarching deal strategy and coop placements and collaborating with central teams to test new activations. This role allows you to own a brand new online shopping experience and collaborate with multiple teams across Amazon including Cross Site Events (XCM), Prime Student, Amazon Creative Services, Deals and Events, Hardlines
· Bachelor degree is required. · 5+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, marketing communications, product management, or digital/technology companies/products in the digital media market segment. · Cross-functional team leadership and ability to influence. · Range of skills from high level strategic thinking to creative and detailed execution · Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously. · Strong presentation and written communication skills· Experience managing complex and multi-faceted marketing programs, driving projects through completion. · Leader who can think
