The Amazon Currency Conversion for Sellers (ACCS) business is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and highly analytical Program Manager with international/cross-border technology experience to manage the existing service, pursue opportunities to expand the current product offering, and drive customer adoption through innovative marketing programs. The Program Manager will have the chance to drive global expansion, innovation, and user acquisition for a profitable and strategically critical program for Amazon. The areas of responsibility include launching ACCS support for new Amazon marketplaces and currencies, owning the relationships with our FX partners, and building /managing / optimizing strategic new customer acquisition /adoption and engagement programs. In this role, the Program Manager will be responsible to: 1) Own Acquisition strategies
· 4-5+ years product/program management, marketing, or business development experience. · Strong verbal and written communication skills. · Ability to hire and develop exceptional talent and align your team around a shared vision. · Product management experience identifying customer needs and translating into innovative business and product requirements. · Experience creating and executing marketing strategies to increase customer awareness and drive product adoption. · Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results in cross-functional environments. · Bachelor’s degree.· MBA preferred
