· Bachelor's degree · 6+ years’ experience in a similar Program Management role, ideally in fast-paced technical/contact center/logistics environment · Expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Project Management, Capacity Planning, and Six Sigma · Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships and work cross-functionally to align and solve shared problems · Ability to innovate in a start-up environment · High level of written, verbal and interpersonal skills, can author an Amazon document · Comfortable and competent to provide metrics inputs to various reporting decks; communicate key performance
