We are looking for a talented Senior Program Manager to join the newly formed Small Business team to drive improvements on behalf of Selling Partners to help improve perception that Amazon cares about their business. In this role you will develop an understanding of what is driving Selling Partner’s perception about Amazon, and in particular address the areas related to “Amazon cares about my business.” You will do this by identifying the voice of our customer through various initiatives such as survey, data analysis, measuring policy maker's perception, social listening. · Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, technology or business with relevant work experience · 5 years of program management experience · Demonstrated ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems using data based approach · Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high-energy, fast-paced environment · High degree of organization and ability to manage multiple, competing priorities · Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills that will enable you to earn trust at all levels · A track record of delivering projects on time, within budget
