Come join the Azure Compute team, where more than half of Azure's revenue and users get started! We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to drive new platform capabilities and increased customer adoption with and through the partner ecosystem, with a focus on ISVs (independent software vendors) and service providers. The Azure Compute organization is responsible for the set of capabilities underpinning core Azure IaaS and PaaS offerings (Virtual Machines, Azure Kubernetes Service, Azure Resource Manager, High Performance Computing, Governance and Policy, and many more). Partners help our customers successfully deploy and manage Azure Compute resources, in addition to delivering applications that customers use to run their businesses.

The Senior Program Manager in this role will have two key areas of focus: Defining, prioritizing, and landing platform capabilities/features around management, operations, and support scenarios for services partners. The individual will keep the pulse on partner needs and opportunities, competitive landscape, and business strategy, while translating the insights into end-to-end requirements as part of planning and shipping cycles. Basic Qualifications: 5+ years of industry experience in Program Management, Product Management, Business Management, Business Development, or Product Planning Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines, OR equivalent industry experience Preferred Qualifications: Self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity, strong cross-boundary collaborator Experienced in building business cases to advocate for customer and partner success Proficient in driving both technology and business differentiation, market and competitive research Experience in defining and/or shipping
