We are looking for a highly motivated and independent leader to own program management for the US Account Management Team within the Insights and Performance Team. This is a fast growing and highly complex part of the WW Advertising organization, chartered with helping advertisers be successful marketers. We use access to insights about their business and customers, as well as programs and services to make this happen. This role will work closely with the Senior Manager of Account Management and the Leadership Team in driving programs and initiatives across a 150+ person organization in multiple locales. This person will own a number of key programs. These may include efficiency programs, expansion of support for our emerging advertisers, and programs surrounding how we measure success. This person will also own a number of new programs as needed by the business. These could include deep-dives on particular program areas, as well as new investment initiatives. · 5+ years’ experience in digital advertising, e-commerce, or marketing · Bachelor's degree or equivalent · Strong analytical skills, comfortable interpreting data and utilizing tools such as Microsoft Excel · Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills · Familiarity with more advanced skills in accessing/manipulating data (e.g. SQL, familiarity with Amazon data sources) · Knowledge of account management and related services functions · Experience working with remote, geographically-distributed teams, with senior leaders · Experience communicating goals
