In this role, you will manage industry leading testing and validation efforts to find compatibility bugs in our apps and devices ecosystem and drive fixes across Windows and Devices teams. You'll conceptualize and build systems and features to measure and scale these efforts. You'll drive innovation to use rich diagnostic data to find these issues sooner. Overall, you'll help drive our transformation from being reliant on lab based testing to becoming service and data driven by leveraging data science and technology to scale our efforts. • 6+ years of program management experience and shipping products • Excellent track record of cross group collaboration • Experience working on OS, embedded systems or similarly deep technological areas • Experience writing functional specifications, and collaborating with software engineers • Ambitious, self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented • Prefer experience with/exposure to latest data science techniques Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
