The Azure Networking team develops the software and hardware for one of the largest networks on the planet. We also deploy and operate the network globally, in hundreds of datacenters and network locations. The network underlies Microsoft Azure, and supports hundreds of thousands of customers and services. The Azure Network also supports the growing needs of 200-plus Microsoft online services, including Office 365, Skype and Bing.

We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who can drive supportability of our networking services to streamline customer adoption onboarding and efficiently address any issues customer may have in using our networking services. You'll be working with teams across multiple organizations to document and prioritize improvements in our services, the tools that we provide to support teams and the self-service content that we provide to customers.
Required Qualificaitons: 5 years of program management experience in cross-group, cross-functional engineering environment Preferred Qualifications: Experience driving lifecycle of product supportability, including tooling used by all tiers of a support pipeline Proven track record coordinating between multiple teams to accomplish common goals Experience driving the prioritization of a backlog based on results of data analysis Strong knowledge of networking technologies and DevOps practices with Cloud Great communication skills Outstanding customer satisfaction track record What we are offering
