Come be a part of changing the way the world reads! In Kindle Content Risk Management our vision is every book – authentic, appropriate, and aligned with customer expectations. We aim to detect attributes in content (text and image) that help us understand publisher behavior. Our focus is to allow books to be published only when they meet our guidelines. The Sr. Product Manager will be responsible for setting the strategy and defining how we will use sophisticated methods of detection. In partnership with engineering, machine learning, operations and BI, this product manager will own the roadmap for our internal tools with aim of leaping us forward. Our long-term goal is to develop systems and tools that can be leveraged by multiple internal teams for

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related technical discipline · 5+ years of product management experience · Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, define software services and features, and technical designs · Experience shipping machine learning-based products· Master’s degree in business or technical field · Experience defining technical vision · High level of technical fluency; can understand and discuss technical architecture, gauge complexity of a planned feature, make schedule
