We are looking for an outstanding product manager who is interested in shaping the future of how our customers shop for replenishable products on Amazon. The Replenishment Services team is a strategic group focused on creating foundational building blocks to make it easier for customers to shop for replenishable products on and off our site, either through one of our replenishment programs (Subscribe and Save, Pantry, Fresh, Whole Foods, Go, etc) or through our core shopping experience. This Product Manager will use a combination of exceptional analytical skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking to improve and evangelise the existing suite of services as well as to ideate new ones. This role is global in scope and will engage with senior business leaders across all Amazon locales. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical and product management background, demonstrate a passion for working on behalf of customers, have a track record of on-time delivery of large scale
· 5+ years in product/program management. · Proven track record of owning and delivering innovative experiences to customers. Demonstrated ability to translate customer needs into business and product requirements. · 5+ years of experience owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams. Able to prioritize complex deliverables, have highly technical discussions, and run large meetings with technical and business leaders. · Bachelor’s degree is required.· MBA degree · Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a similar technical field. · SQL, Excel and Access proficiency
