Do you have a passion for setting the strategic vision and building new customer-facing experiences that are used by millions? The Customer Delivery Experience team is hiring! Our team is re-inventing and modernizing the ways that customers interact with Your Orders, so that customers can have access to personalized and contextually relevant features, whether their package is still on the way or has already been delivered. We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to join the team to own key projects for Your Orders globally. In this role, you will own the vision and execution for expanding a modernized Your Orders and Product Owner Page globally and to all devices. This includes launching entire new pages, as well as new products within these post-purchase pages, including new features to help customers successfully receive their deliveries, products to help customers more easily re-buy the things they love, and products to help customers more quickly discover the item they’re

· Bachelor's degree · 5-7 years of product management experience · Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize · Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up recommendations and drive actions · Strong track record of delivering results for customers · An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment · Ability to think strategically and execute methodically· MBA
