We are looking for a dynamic, organized self-starter to join our Product Management Team focusing on localization strategies for our multiple training audiences in the Japanese market. You will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting programs focused on localization efforts for training offerings aligned to AWS technologies, solutions, and services, identifying and working with internal and external training consumers to understand and translate very discrete requirements, working with engineering product marketing management to understand priorities and key business initiatives, and closely working with our Curriculum Development team for the execution of offerings. Basic Qualifications · 5+ years of relevant work experience in education design, development, product management in high-technology companies · Experience managing relationships and partnering with 3rd party companies · Demonstrated ability to evaluate and measure program effectiveness and value · Fluent in Japanese · Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and international · 8 years’ experience at cloud-based and/or enterprise technology company, consultancy or partner (5 years progressive experience in adult learning and use of learning tools and methods and at least 3 years in a senior role
