Engagement (E2S) Team HR Services-Employee Engagement
Amazon’s HR Services-Employee Engagement (E2S) Team is looking for an innovative, organized and resourceful HR Product Manager to own and execute product launches of Amazon’s employee engagement Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. You will drive project deliverables, provide escalation management, deliver regular communications to project stakeholders, and manage project resources. You will work with business owners, technology and HR partners at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines in order to map that information to support the implementation of large-scale, cloud-based Salesforce service management initiatives across global regions. · B.A. or B.S. in Business or other related field. · 6+ years of product management experience. · Experience working in HR operations or related HR area. · Advanced functional knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. · Knowledge of Salesforce platform or enterprise system related projects strongly preferred · Project Management Qualification (such as Prince 2 or PMP) or advanced understanding of managing projects in an agile environment. · Project Management experience with a proven track record for delivering projects within scope, time and quality. · Previous experience
