Alexa is the name of the Amazon cloud-based service that powers devices that are designed around your voice, and helps redefine everyday convenience. Our vision is to create a simple, fun and natural voice-based experience – to set users free by giving them frictionless access to Alexa’s wealth of information and services. The Alexa Voice Services (AVS) team is looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own the strategy and customer experience for accelerating our growth. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the product tooling to enable the Alexa Voice Service to enable growth and experience. You will work closely with business development, business intelligence, engineering, and product management teams to successfully drive growth forecasting and delivery tooling. This role is equal parts product definition/delivery and business insights. You will need to deliver results in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and dynamic business environment – operating at all levels of the organization
· Bachelor’s degree with a business related discipline · 5+ years of professional experience in a product management role (or other coordinative role involving responsibility for prioritization, requirements, and design) for technical products with technical customers · 5+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time. · 2+ years of experience delivering consumer software products and services. · 2+ years working with advanced analytics and insights · MBA or Master’s degree, computer science, engineering or a related discipline strongly preferred · Experience
