We are looking for a talented individual with a proven track record of building engaging websites. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, has an intermediate development background, is an excellent writer and public speaker, and possesses strong communication and prioritization skills. In this role, you will be a key member on a small team responsible for supporting the AWS website and content author community. You will assist authors in their usage of the website content management system (CMS) through bi-weekly training sessions and in-depth tutorials and documentation. You will also help facilitate new service/feature launches on the AWS website as well as collaborate on various website feature and process improvement projects. Interpersonal
· BS degree in marketing, technical communications, or related field · Minimum of 2 years coding experience in HTML, JavaScript, CSS · Experience working in an Agile, fast-paced team environment with frequent customer contact · Experience with enterprise class web content management systems (e.g. Adobe AEM) · Some travel is required to be onsite supporting new service/feature launch events.· Project Management experience · Understanding of SEO/Web best practices · Background with web analytics reporting (e.g. Adobe SiteCatalyst) · Excellent written and verbal communication including receptive listening
