We are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to own the product evolution and roadmap for our new program to accept Flexible Spend and Health Savings Accounts on Amazon. We recently launched the capabilities to use FSA/HSA funds on Amazon, and you will be responsible for taking this program to the next level. As the Sr. Product Manager for this program, you will own the end to end customer experience for customers to discover hundreds of thousands of FSA/HSA eligible products, pay for eligible products with their FSA/HSA cards, and utilize post-order features to optimize FSA/HSA spend. You will own the big picture vision and roadmap for how this program can/will evolve to better serve customers, and you will work with our dedicated tech resources to bring your vision to fruition. You will also work with various teams across Amazon as well as external partners to further develop FSA/ HSA futures throughout a customer’s journey with Amazon. Required skills: · Excellent customer experience intuition;
- 5+ years product management or related experience. - 3+ launched start to finish consumer-facing online/mobile products/services. - Bachelor’s degree required. - Experience delivering results in a very high growth environment where priorities shift fast - Possesses a strong understanding of the product lifecycle - An innovative thinker who also has a strong customer and quality focus - Has an entrepreneurial spirit - Masters of Business Administration preferred
