You will be responsible for driving and facilitating cross-functional development activities, traffic drivers, projects and process improvements. You will be engaging with a wide range on teams to enhance the Spanish business growth. Background Amazon is undertaking a multi-year effort to enhance the shopping customer experience of Spanish language users in US. - Bachelor's Degree required - 4-10 years of work experience, of which at least 2 years’ experience analyzing and improving the performance of a business - Exceptional analytical skills with a great attention to detail - Intense customer focus - Hands-on, results-oriented mentality, combined with the ability to meet tight deadlines - Strong computer skills (e.g. Excel, SQL) and the willingness to develop those further. - Enjoys working in international cross-functional teams- MBA - Proficiency in Spanish language - Strengths in problem solving, issue-resolution, attention to detail, and ability
