The Senior Producer is accountable for delivery of project milestones and ensuring the team consistently delivers value to our players. The role's primary responsibilities include using metrics to influence team priorities, coordinating deliverables across multiple teams, disciplines, and development partners, as well empowering the team to create an amazing experience for our players.
Manage day-to-day production of a major title, working with a virtual team spanning engineering, test, localization, user research, licensing, and legal. Plan and execute consistent high quality releases on schedule. Coordinate tasks and manage dependencies across disciplines and team boundaries. Facilitate communication and collaboration across Turn 10 teams and external partner teams. Skillfully navigate obstacles and solve problems by leveraging the team around you. Keep team members regularly informed via timely reporting of pertinent information. Work with internal and external partners to
5+ years of experience as a Producer on AAA game projects. Shipped at least one (1) AAA game credited as a Producer. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision making skills. Organized, with an acute attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate with anyone, and partner with all disciplines. Experience working with licensed content is a plus. Some business travel, including international travel, will be required.
