As part of this team, we are looking for an experienced leader to develop a common performance management system to measure quality, on-time delivery, service levels and cost for both internal performance and carrier performance. Baseline performance, monitor progress, simplify opportunity recognition and drive corrective actions based on enhanced data structure and automated statistics analysis. This leader will be expected to contribute significantly to overall business strategy, supporting tenders, negotiations, contracts, expansion, and innovations. Successful candidates must have a strong track-record of developing successful KPI management system, influencing internal/external business partners and moving the needle for performance excellence. · Bachelor’s degree · Excellent verbal and written communications · 5+ years of Logistics experience across performance management, spend analysis, negotiations, sourcing, compliance, etc. · 3+ year relevant work experience managing cross-functional programs · Advanced skills in SQL, data modeling, and Excel, as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools (familiarity with Tableau preferred). · Advanced ability to draw insights from data and clearly communicate them to the stakeholders and senior management as required. · Proven track record delivering process improvement
