· Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent · 10+ years of experience developing and deploying hardware and software systems across full product life cycles · 5+ years of experience managing scope, schedule and resources across multiple cross-functional engineering and operations teams · Demonstrated ability to manage scope and schedule, to deliver multiple hardware projects at different complexity levels in parallel · Experience in working with domestic and overseas CM/OEM/ODM vendors in product development · Experience with field support escalations
