Sr. Multimedia Content Strategist Are you a versatile, problem solver with the array of skills needed to create and implement online multimedia content? Can you communicate complex technical and business concepts in a visually appealing way? Amazon’s Digital, Device and Alexa Support organization is looking for an experienced Program Manager/ Multimedia Content Strategist. The successful candidate will audit, research, strategize, plan and lead the development and production of engaging multimedia (videos, prototypes, infographics and interactive tools) experiences that are used to help our customers as well as train our internal employees. This role will be deeply involved in our Customer Service business and will involve working collaboratively with designers, web developers, project management teams and content developers across the globe. In addition, the person in this role will identify and drive new Amazon customer service experiences in social media and other interactive platforms
Basic Qualifications: · Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field · 7+ years of related professional experience · Experience working in a studio or design production environment (graphics and video production) · Experience creating visual content (video, multimedia, graphics) · Experience working in a global cross-functional team · Experience creating and publishing content for social media · Demonstrated project management experience · Knowledge of trending and emerging online multimedia tools and formats · Exceptional writing skills · Data analysis skills; bias for data-based decision making · Ability
