Risk Intelligence team Finance Sr. Manager
Amazon is seeking a Finance Sr. Manager to join our Finance Operations Risk Intelligence team. This position will be responsible for controllership within Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Procurement, Payroll, and an emphasis on Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF). In conjunction with strong stakeholder partnership, you will consider the risk register and/or self-assessment baselines to drive the GREF roadmap. You will perform cradle-to-grave inspections of related processes (including compliance with regulations) and you will perform process inspections. Key responsibilities of the role include: · Manage the Finance Operations, Global Real Estate and Facilities risk management framework, including identification of new and emerging risks. · Communicate risk posture and project information to stakeholders. · Maintain a prioritized roadmap to address gaps and improve control design and testing practices. · Give input to the strategy and design of new controls and systems. · Evaluate
· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, information systems or a related field. · 12+ years of industry experience of increasing responsibility driving risk management processes, methodologies and tools.· Demonstrate strong knowledge of risk management policies, methods, standards, processes, governance models, and industry standard risk analysis approach. · Proficient in the design of controls and security measures. · Proven ability to take ownership, self-motivate, and deliver results in ambiguous environments. · Ability to exercise sound judgement, problem solve, and make decisions
