The Consumables Customers Engagement Team is tasked with driving Amazon’s share of wallet, which means having more customers to buy their everyday essential more frequently on Amazon.com. To do so, understanding our customers’ barriers and drivers, the role of the categories they engage with and the impact of our actions on their purchasing behavior is essential. Better customers’ insights will allow us to relentlessly optimize the present while inventing the future of our Consumables business. That is why the Consumables Customer Engagement team is now recruiting its Senior Insights and Strategy Senior Manager who will be instrumental in helping accomplish its mission. The Consumables Customer Engagement team is looking for a candidate who is passionate about deepening our understanding of our customers’ behaviors and using

· 7+-year of relevant work experience in fields such as Insights, Marketing, Brand management, Innovation and Strategic Consulting. · Proven analytical skills and ability to use customer data and insights to back up assumptions and develop business cases. · Experience in writing briefs to understand customer behaviors and defining strategies or programs to drive customer engagement. · Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with cross functional teams and develop clear and thoughtful analyses of customer activations. · Bachelor’s
