Amazon Publishing is looking for an experienced, data-driven, and customer-obsessed marketing or merchandising professional to lead our promotional marketing programs and deals strategy. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail-oriented and obsessed with the customer experience. They will need to be creative, capable of dealing with ambiguity, relentless in seeking new opportunities, adept at influencing both internally and externally, and comfortable working with cross functional teams and management. · Bachelor’s degree. · 3+ years’ experience in digital marketing, merchandising, publishing, or a related field.· High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously · Proven experience working across functional teams in different locations as well as building and maintaining relationships across functional teams. · Superior communication and analytical skills, including strong ability to identify and solve ambiguous problems. · Proven analytical and quantitative skills (includes high proficiency in Excel) and an ability to use hard data and metrics
