The role: The Senior Manager, Program Management will be responsible for creating, refining, and driving a global product roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams worldwide. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of strategic aptitude, executional talent, and advanced communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to prioritize features based on customer feedback and business needs; think critically and analytically about stakeholder input; challenge commonly-held assumptions and reimagine the status-quo; make high-judgement decisions independently in ambiguous situations; and translate data into digestible business intelligence and actionable insights. The best candidates will have real-world experience identifying, owning, and driving product requirements, synthesizing technologies and capabilities
· Extensive work experience in Product Management, Project Management, or Technology organizations · Lead Product Management experience with direct ownership of roadmap and milestone planning. · Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders · Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and capturing business requirements, launching projects, and conducting customer research. · Excellent written and oral communication skills · Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects · Experience working directly with Engineers
