This product leadership role is focused on our Amazon transportation systems, responsible for identifying and building capabilities that improve the speed, efficiency and costs in our own network (worldwide). This will touch on everything from creating more capacity to developing entirely new service offerings. Specifically, this role is responsible for: · Leading a team of product managers and other direct reports
· 10+ years of experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a retail business, product management or product development. Proven track record of delivering results. · Ability to scale a business and manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners. · Demonstrated experience building and managing technical teams including hiring, promotion, and performance management. · Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-complexity projects. · Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps and functional specifications,
