Senior Manager Seller Programs, is responsible for developing our Seller growth Strategies and guiding our product roadmap. The single threaded leader will be responsible for channel strategies, product life cycle management, and growth strategies. A critical component of this role will be to influence priorities across multiple partner teams in line with our growth targets. This person will be required to guide and set promotion and pricing strategies, build forecasting models to guide the planning cycles. As part of this role, obtaining feedback from our Sellers and analyzing the information will be a critical success factor and guide for future product
· Bachelors Degree · 5+ year in client facing company or role · 5+ years of experience in product management, owning and driving end-to-end product development from concept to customer-facing launch, across multiple technology, business, and design teams. · 5+ years experience in International Transportation (Parcel, Ocean, Air, LCL) · 2+ years in developing channel strategies. · 3-5 years in people management, managing small group of people. · Master degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation Management, Business or other related discipline. · Experience in Transportation/Supply Chain/Cross
