We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Product Management to lead a team dedicated to improving buyer and seller experience after an order has been completed. You and your reports will be responsible for critical business functions where buyers and seller interact to address issues - such as Seller Feedback and A-to-z Claims. You will also own programs designed to reduce detection errors, identify and mitigate abuse, and

· Bachelor's degree · 10+ years of Product Management, Strategy Consulting or similar experience · 5+ years of experience leading teams · Sound business judgment, attention to detail, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical skills · Experience working with technology and science teams to develop and execute on complex roadmaps, including knowing when and where to make tradeoffs. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to think on your feet, and present complex information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences. · MBA or similar advanced
