Global Specialty Fulfillment (GSF) is the team that powers worldwide operations for Prime Now, Whole Foods, Fresh, Restaurants, Pantry and more. GSF is at the forefront of final mile delivery innovation. As Senior Manager, you’ll lead a team of program managers to build, optimize and evolve the Restaurants delivery operation and customer offering. The leader will have autonomy and responsibility for several Restaurants strategic goals and KPIs related to cost, customer, and delivery experience. The Sr. leader will have a talent and passion for leading teams, inventing, scaling operations and influencing leadership at all levels across retail, operations and software development. The ideal candidate for this role will be creative, highly motivated, and analytical with strong business judgment and a talent for leading teams in an ambiguous space. The candidate will have end-to-end ownership of the delivery operation, its performance, and the responsibility for identifying customer needs and

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field · 10+ years of experience in either e-commerce, retail or operations · 3+ years leading teams · Excellent written and verbal communication skills· MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field · Sound business judgment, confirmed ability to influence others, and a consistent track record of taking ownership and driving results. · Proven data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills, including advanced knowledge of Excel and Data Analysis tools · High attention
