We are seeking a passionate Sr. Manager of Program Management to lead the global Trials program team. In this role, you will be the single threaded owner in charge of Amazon devices and software beta programs globally. This role will require you to build the right structure and process within your org to deliver on existing programs while simultaneously expanding into new ones. You are a good fit for this position if you are an excellent communicator, skilled at developing and leading managers, comfortable in a fast moving hi-tech organization and excited and passionate about transforming programs for very large scale. · Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, operations management, logistics, supply chain or related field. · 10+ years of professional experience · 6+ years of successful program/product management leadership experience, including hiring, employee development, performance management, and delivering results · Demonstrated experience working in a consumer facing technical product development environment· Graduate degree or higher in computer science, engineering, business, operations management, logistics, supply chain or related field · 3+ years of management experience
