We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Leader who combines technical skills with a passion for ensuring all aspects of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) production manufacturing, parts, assemblies and aircraft meet designed specifications. We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a UAS production operations team who will be responsible to develop, oversee and direct all aspects of manufacturing, facilities, material management, plant layout, production scheduling, and ensure the production system meets all guidelines listed in Federal Aviation Administration
· 4 year Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering · 10+ years Direct management and supervision experience of manufacturing, engineering, quality, procurement and scheduling personnel, while working in an Aerospace or Aviation manufacturing environment building multi-disciplinary hardware products · 10+ years of presenting defect data, metrics, supplier quality, improvement initiatives and status to top leadership and government officials · 10+ years’ experience with leading managers in either manufacturing, assembly, manufacturing
