Within this group, the Selling Partner Content Management team plays a key role in supporting customers by driving the creation of high-quality, user-centered content for Selling Partners. As Senior Manager of Content Experience, you’ll be responsible for leading and developing a team of talented content editors and program managers. You’ll collaborate with several teams across Amazon to develop content-based features and solutions that enable fast resolution of customer needs while ensuring consistency of voice and communication quality across multiple languages. Additionally, you’ll own the creation and implementation of an extensible content architecture that supports the different types of content the team creates, promotes content reuse, and prepares the

· Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Information Management, or related field. · 10-plus years of experience driving content strategy in world-class organizations. · Demonstrated history of innovative thinking in content strategy and building content-based products and features that drive self-service resolution of customer needs. · Experience in quality engineering, process improvement, and operational excellence. · Proven leader with exceptional interpersonal skills who has an established track record of managing and developing a team. · Strong analytical skills and a demonstrated ability
