We are looking for an exceptionally motivated and talented leader to lead a team of Category Managers. He/she will be responsible for building a world-class customer experience and supporting exceptional growth in tight timeframes. He/She will lead the vision across all facets of category management: selection, vendor negotiations and pricing, and work collaboratively with inventory planning, merchandising and partner teams to create a best-in-class customer experience. He/She will also be responsible for identifying and championing new opportunities to build and scale the business, and delight customers. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set including: leadership development, analytical horsepower, excellent business judgment, deep curiosity about the way things work, the ability to lead with a high degree of ambiguity, and a passion for creating a world class experience for our customers. · Bachelor's degree in Business, or a related field · 10+ years of relevant work experience · 3+ years of People Management experience · Experience with Excel and Access, or similar database · Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results · Ability to manage multiple competing priorities · Proven analytical skills and highly comfortable with number · Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, including strong writing and speaking skills · Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects - work prioritization, planning and task delegation · M asters in Business Administration
