Gift Registry team Amazon Gift Registry
The Amazon Gift Registry team is seeking an innovative BizTech leader for our fast growing global wedding registry business and lead the expansion of Amazon registries into new spaces (e.g.: Housewarming, Off to College). You will be the single threaded leader for the current wedding program, the highest DSI program on Amazon, responsible for the end to end business, customer experience and product development reporting directly to the director. You will also own the front end stack for all existing Amazon registries including Baby and Smile, and will own the roadmap to expand into new registry spaces. This is a unique opportunity to lead the product, marketing and technology teams (18 HC) towards our vision to create the best registry experience for our customers. In this highly visible role, you will own the long-term vision and roadmap for the wedding and all new registry businesses on all Amazon marketplaces. · Bachelor’s degree required · 10+ years of relevant work experience in Product Management / General Management experience · Demonstrated success defining, developing, launching, and managing global product roadmaps · Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment · Proven ability to hire and develop high performance teams · Strong technical background of managing or working with development teams· MBA preferred · Experience in the registry business · Managed a technical team in the past · Strong analytical and quantitative skills;
