Are you an innovative thinker with great project management skills and an interest to learn more about Amazon’s Physical Stores? We are looking for a passionate, creative, results-oriented L and D program leader to join Physical Stores HR team. This is a dynamic business where you have an opportunity to build through learning solutions a positive and engaging culture for our field associates and leaders across all of Amazon Physical Store businesses. You are entering Day 1 of Physical Stores and if your strengths include building strategies, influencing change and making a long-term impact to the business, this is the role for you. You will work closely with HR, business and learning leaders to develop the strategy, prioritize and develop content that has measureable impact for our teams. You should be highly resourceful, customer focused, passionate about developing leaders and associates, team oriented, and have an ability to work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines
