The Amazon HR Services Solutions team is seeking a talented and passionate Employee Systems and Services Strategist to lead the employee HR learning products and services worldwide. The ideal candidate will balance a big-picture vision with detailed focus, and tactical execution to deliver world-class business results. We are looking for a Senior Manager, Learning and Development who will build a team that is responsible for overseeing all learning delivery, instructional development and knowledge assets working closely with our 3rd party Learning platform. Robust understanding of HR services and operations is a key requirement for the successful candidate. You are results oriented and have thrived and succeeded in operating in a highly ambiguous environment. You know how to be scrappy but operate as part of a larger team and business.
