Amazon’s Corporate Development Integration team works with subsidiaries to aid their transition to being part of Amazon and provide them with a strong platform for future growth. We are seeking a qualified candidate to take on the role of Sr. Integration Manager-Finance within our Financial Integration Program, which focuses on enabling a structured, deliberate, and prioritized financial integration work stream for each acquisition. The program represents a collection of integration initiatives that focus on all the functions of the CFO organization at both Amazon and its acquired companies. As part of this role, you will work closely with Finance teams at both the corporate and subsidiary level. These teams include Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Finance Operations, FP and A, Business Finance, and Finance Technology. Ideal candidates have strong influencing skills and engender trust and respect in all working relationships. They communicate effectively with diverse audiences across multiple
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field. - 5+ years of experience in a Finance function. - Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally in a large organization. - Effective and collaborative communication and writing skills, with the ability to customize approach for a variety of audiences ranging from senior executives to junior resources. - Bias for action in times of ambiguity. - Master’s degree in a Finance field. - Tech industry experience.
