We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Sr. Instock Manager for the Kitchen category who will thrive at solving complex supply chain and inventory management challenges. This position requires a candidate with proven analytical skills and leadership ability to work closely and influence central operations and supply chain technology teams. Successful candidates will be those able prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivering results. They should also have a strong customer obsession with the ability to dive deep, have superb data/analytical skills, a self-starter spirit, and experience working with cross-functional teams. This role will require close collaboration externally with vendors and internally with operations, technology, and finance teams.
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or related field · 5+ years of experience in inventory planning, operations, retail, consulting and/or finance, with a history of owning/driving results · Highly analytical, capable of turning raw data into information and insights · Team oriented with strong written and oral communication skills, and able to effectively manage multiple projects with a high degree of accuracy and meet demanding timelines · Ability to work independently, strong attention to detail, and a passion for driving process improvement · Proven track record of managing
