The HR function at Amazon has a long term vision of building a workplace for Amazonians to invent on behalf of our customers. We are looking for a dynamic and hands on leader to join our Human Resources team as a Sr. HR Business Partner supporting some of the Alexa Shopping business leaders. At Alexa Shopping, we strive to enable shopping in everyday life. We allow customers to instantly order whatever they need, by simply interacting with their Smart Devices such as Echo or Fire TV. Our services allow you to shop, no matter where you are or what you are doing, you can go from 'I want that' to 'that's on the way' in a matter of seconds. · 9+ years of experience in an HR generalist, business partner or HR program management role · Bachelor's degree or equivalent post-secondary degree · Experience working in a technology environment · Experience in operating in a fast growing, highly ambiguous startup environment Master's degree or MBA preferred Experience working with international client group populations Organization Development experience
