The Alexa AI HR team is looking for an experienced Sr HR Business Partner. The Senior HR Business Partner is responsible for developing and executing the HR strategies and activities that foster growth, scaling, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. This role helps business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve employee performance, retention and experience. To be successful, you need the ability to dive deep into data, think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and locations. · 6+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role · Bachelor’s degree · Proven ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative · Ability to manage HR processes, engaging the appropriate central teams as necessary · Strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies · Excellent written and verbal communication; high quality document preparation · Exceptional ability to influence and coach managers and leaders · Ability to work independently, as well as being an active member of both
