Seeking Senior HR Business Partner to partner with Amazon’s Games business leaders to develop the talent strategy and build a work environment where employees can develop, contribute and thrive. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into a supporting HR agenda. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations on new initiatives and iterate on current programs both within the business as well as in cross-team and company-wide projects that improve performance, retention, the talent pipeline and the employee experience. As an HR professional, you must have the ability to diagnose issues, see patterns of problems as you dive deep and recommend immediate and long term solutions. You must be able to collaborate across groups, influence others, and roll up your sleeves and engage on a hands-on basis. You need business acumen, coaching skills, excellent communication skills, and project management skills. You

· Bachelor’s Degree required in Human Resources Management or related field. Master's Degree preferred. · 8+ years of experience in an HR generalist leadership role evidencing strong business acumen and ability to work well across different functions in order to integrate HR and business strategies. · Proven ability to diagnose issues and drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative/ · Not hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.
