The North America Consumer Finance team has an immediate opening for a Senior Financial Analyst to support Financial Planning and Analysis (FP and A). In this role you will expand reporting and analysis of the North America Consumer business, with a large opportunity for business impact, improving the methods we use to forecast and analyze our operating expenses and changing the way we architect our analysis to track key investments being made across the business. The successful candidate will work closely with a variety of stakeholders, including retail finance controllers, other FP and A teams, operations, supply chain, and the senior Consumer and Consumer Finance leadership teams. Candidates should have experience working in high visibility roles and be comfortable presenting to senior leadership. A polished professional presence and the
· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent · Minimum 5 years of finance experience, or master’s degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience· MBA preferred · Demonstrated ability to work with cross functional teams, dive deep into the details, and present findings to senior management · Strong analytic, financial modeling, and reporting skills, excellent written and oral communication skills · Strength in structured problem solving and ability to be
