Consumables finance team Senior Finance Analyst
The Consumables finance team is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to support our Emerging Programs team. This a strategic role where you will be supporting incubator teams that are building the next generation of Consumables customer engagement programs. In the past, this team has developed successful programs such as Amazon Family, and is currently working on building new programs for low-income customers, product sampling, and more. In this role you would be the primary finance support for a multi-functional team and senior Amazon leaders. Role responsibilities would include: (1) Helping to size opportunities and shape the strategy for Consumables emerging programs (2) Develop and own all aspects of financial management for new startup businesses including financial models (ROI analysis), accounting requirements, pricing, profitability analytics, etc. (3) Own the annual operational planning process and development of the three year strategic plan. Identify risks and opportunities. (4)

· BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science) or equivalent · Minimum 5 years of finance experience, or master’s degree and 3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience· Demonstrated ability to build and manage financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, and problem solving · Strong ability to work with business partners to deliver results, including the ability to persuade with data.
