We seek a seasoned Finance professional to serve as the head of FP and A for a new team -- the Global Delivery Services Finance organization. This team will help us to understand the performance of our diverse and broad business units, drive clarity and productivity within the finance function through crisp communication and process, and work on special projects to ensure that we are achieving the best results. This leader will partner with the rest of the finance team to
· BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias · 7+ years’ relevant experience in positions that require analysis, reporting financial results, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results · 3+ years’ experience directly supervising teams and developing people · 3+ years’ experience performing financial and ad hoc analysis using data reporting tools · Ability to travel; 10% travel expected, primarily to meet with teams within the organization to drive process improvement· MBA + relevant
