Performance Management Assume responsibility for the GPO and Service Center financial performance Manage financial and non-financial metrics and ensure key metrics are within the target range Ensure all required reports are available and accurate for established rhythm of business meetings with stakeholders Budgeting and Planning Provide key information to budget holders by reviewing, reporting and discussing specific inputs on financial outlook, delivery, and costs Set hiring targets and build headcount budgest in line with forecast; translate headcount targets to resource and geography mix Forecasting
Qualifications: University degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline, MBA preferred by not required.
