We are seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to directly support the fast growing Prime Air business and be a key financial partner in driving analytical support for senior leadership. This position will partner with the Prime Air team to perform FP and A responsibilities, including reporting metrics and analyzing potential business decisions. The ideal candidate for this role will have strong Excel skills and fundamental skills in reporting/analyzing metrics and forecasting with a high degree of accuracy. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as the ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve and prioritize. We’re looking for
· BA/BS Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering and/or similar discipline with analytical bias. · 5+ years of relevant finance experience.· Advanced Microsoft Excel · Knowledge of SQL and Cognos/TM1 · Financial acumen including familiarity with forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and related skills · Ability to work independently, manage tight deadlines, prioritize workload and exceed expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic, ambiguous environment · An eye towards continuous process improvement, including the ability to innovate and simplify both finance and operational processes
