Amazon Web Services is seeking a talented, self-directed senior field marketer to develop and implement our field marketing strategy to drive awareness, acquisition and adoption for AWS database and analytics service. This is a unique opportunity for a driven, self-starter to play an important role in a fast-growing business. This role will be responsible for developing and executing the field marketing strategy, including creating and executing programs, campaigns, communications, and events in support of AWS database and analytics service lines. This role will work closely with Product Marketing and Business Development (BD) to define the field marketing strategy and plan focused on new customer acquisition, lead generation and pipeline acceleration. This role will be directly responsible for execution in the Americas geography and will also be expected to package programs for utilization by field marketing teams globally. · Minimum of 7 years’ experience in a high-tech B2B marketing role. · Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or relevant field of study. · Demonstrated experience working with sales leadership and sales teams in driving pipeline and revenue. · Demonstrated success in event, program and campaign management. · Ability to run analyses, track metrics, and find creative ways to optimize performance of marketing programs. · Problem-solver with strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, operational acumen and the ability to find creative ways to optimize performance. · Familiarity
