To deliver on our bold ambitions, the TLI team seeks to hire a Senior Director of Operations Management who will think strategically at a global level and develop and manage key operational processes and procedures that will support opportunities for all employees to do their best work. This senior leader will join the TLI leadership team and manage a team of passionate, life-long learners responsible for operational excellence across the organization.

Operations includes; Supplier Management: Owning TLI supplier strategy, governance, service catalog definitions and negotiations of pricing and terms. Management of service level agreements committed spend and quality outcomes, along with 3rd party relationship management. Execution of and adherence to procurement processes and compliance and data privacy requirements. Demand Management and Planning:   Owning demand management strategy.  Understanding and monitoring the global learning and talent and insights offerings portfolio. Managing and coordinating the right facilitators and resources necessary

High degree of business acumen and strategic thinking and planning Strong executive presence and maturity with the ability to engage, understand, and influence business leaders at an executive level Organizational agility Demonstrated problem solving skills and the ability to work with senior leaders to accomplish organization priorities.
