its Marketing team Sr. Director to
Audible - an Amazon company and perpetual innovator – is looking to add a Sr. Director to its Marketing team, specifically focused on strategy, customer acquisition, and marketing via Alexa, Fire Tablets and TV, and E-Readers. Using customer insights and data, you will create strategies to shape innovative customer-focused programs at Amazon to drive strong customer acquisition at Audible. You will manage a team of four to execute and implement those strategies. You will work cross-functionally and globally across Audible and Amazon to support and accelerate the growth of Audible. The ideal candidate is an early adopter of digital technology and will be metrics-driven with strong ownership and focus. You will be a critical player in fueling the growth of Audible through Amazon via influence and leveraging. Some travel will be required to Newark, NJ and Boston, MA to foster relationships with partner teams, like product, creative, UX, and engineering. Success in this position requires the

· MBA or advanced engineering, marketing or analytical education required · Strong marketing and/or product experience, defining strategy, programs, and initiatives and driving to launch · Demonstrated understanding of messaging strategy, user experience, and persuasive marketing techniques in driving engagement with new or existing features or benefits · A solid understanding of the full customer lifecycle and customer segmentation; experience with gathering and utilizing customer insights · 15+ years of experience in related positions with increasing responsibility · Strong analytics and business
